By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Goodstart Early Learning’s relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term ‘Goodstart Early Learning’ or ‘Goodstart’ or ‘Goodstart at Home’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 43 Metroplex Avenue, Murarrie, Qld, 4172. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. That material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics of the website. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. No image on this website is to be copied or reproduced under any circumstance.
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

v. would otherwise bring the website into disrepute;

c) conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters; or
d) harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
- Goodstart may at its sole discretion:

- You indemnify and hold us and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants and contractors (‘Indemnified Persons’) harmless from and against any and all liability, costs, claims, losses, damages and expenses (including all reasonable legal fees), which may be suffered, incurred made or brought against any of the Indemnified Persons, directly or indirectly, in connection with:
b) any act of fraud or willful misconduct by or on behalf of you;
c) any publication of, or act or omission in relation to, content posted by you on our website;
d) any publication of, or act or omission in relation to, content posted by you on any website represented by a URL included or embedded in content posted on our website; and
e) any other claims by users of the website in relation to content posted by you.
- Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the State and/or Federal laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Cancelling Orders
In the first instance, if you have an issue with your order, then please contact gsathome@goodstart.org.au as soon as possible.
The cut off to cancel an order is 2 hours. Note we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible for the following product types:
- Goodstart at Home Subscriptions
- Digital Content
- Bulk Orders where special pricing and/or product sourcing has been provided
Cancelling my Subscription
Unfortunately, cancellation of subscriptions due to a change of mind, is not possible.
This is a one-off fee for a 12-month subscription. After the 12-month period the subscription will automatically end.
Returns Policy
This policy includes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
If you have received an item that is faulty or defective, we require notification within 24 hours from the time the delivery was made.
Goodstart will require a photo of the damage or defective item to be sent to gsathome@goodstart.org.au and may require you to return the item for assessment.
You will be responsible for paying any return postage costs. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
If the damage is assessed as being significant enough to render the item unusable, a replacement order will be issued.
Refunds will only apply for defective or damaged items and will not cover any return postage costs or your original shipping charge.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Returns and refunds are not possible for the following product types:
- Goodstart at Home Subscriptions
- Digital Content
- Bulk Orders where special pricing and/or product sourcing has been provided
Digital Content
When purchasing Digital Content, you acquire a licence to access the Digital Content as provided by Goodstart.
Once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Digital Content.
Goodstart’s obligations to you with regards to supply of the Digital Content is fulfilled when the Digital Content is downloaded. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage Digital Content once downloaded.
Goodstart reserves the right to change, suspend, remove or disable access to any Digital Content, products, or other materials comprising a part of a digital service at any time without notice.
Terms of Use of Digital Content:
- Digital Content may not be copied, shared or otherwise distributed.
- Content is available for personal use only.
- Applicable use is within relevant Laws.
Delivery Expectations
Orders are received and dispatched within a week of receiving payment confirmation.
All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don't occur on holidays and weekends. Shipping times may also vary across metro and regional areas.
If you don’t receive your item within 14 days of purchase, please contact gsathome@goodstart.org.au.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are experiencing longer than usual delivery times through our courier network. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Insufficient and/or incorrect delivery information
*** Address changes and/or corrections made through your Goodstart at Home Account will only affect future orders placed after the changes and/or corrections are made. Any changes and/or corrections for current orders must be done by sending an email to gsathome@goodstart.org.au***
Customers who enter addresses that our courier network have deemed to have incorrect and/or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
- Delayed delivery
- Lost parcel
- Package/s returned to Goodstart
If Goodstart is found to be responsible for incorrectly addressing a package, then Goodstart will be responsible for resending the items not delivered.
Any package returned to Goodstart due to the above incorrect and/or insufficient information will be considered void.
If you wish the order to be despatched again, Goodstart will issue a refund (less costs) and a new order will be required to be placed.
Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered by Goodstart. NO REFUNDS are applicable.
